Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following details:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Please note that if you knowingly misrepresent that material was mistakenly or wrongfully removed, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
